The Billion Dollar Stealth Play Hiding in Plain Sight 🐸

TLDR: The founder of a $12B venture fund (the man who found Coinbase at Series A, bought Bitcoin at $20, and saved Robinhood with $3.5B over a weekend) deployed a token from his personal wallet in January 2025. It's at $130M market cap. 70% below ATH. I pulled Nansen data on 1,000 wallets: zero mega whale selling, 65% diamond hands, new whales entering at the lows. I ran a multi-agent simulation to model what happens when he confirms. Here's the full breakdown.

---

There's a token sitting at $130 million market cap right now that was deployed from the personal wallet of a man who manages $12 billion. His fund wrote a check into Coinbase when it was a $5 million seed round. Bought Bitcoin at $20 when the entire market cap was $220 million. Backed Robinhood at Series A. When GameStop nearly killed Robinhood in January 2021, he didn't wait for a committee and led a $3.5 billion rescue over a single weekend because that's the kind of conviction he operates with. Fund I returned 63x. Possibly the best-performing venture fund in history. His name is @mickymalka. His fund is @RibbitCapital. $12 billion under management. 35 unicorns. 16 IPOs. Forbes Midas List #5. In January 2025, without telling anyone, he deployed a token called $TIBBIR from his personal Ethereum wallet on Base. One billion tokens. 100% to the public. No presale. No VC allocation. No insider tokens. Nothing held back. The deployer wallet traces to mickym.eth, his personal ENS domain. Five "Tibbir" entities are registered under his name on SEC EDGAR. The token was a partner at Ribbit's hackathon alongside OpenAI and Robinhood. Two Ribbit investor letters describe exactly the system it appears to be building. He hasn't said a word about it publicly. Everyone's been debating the evidence. I wanted to go deeper into the on-chain data that nobody else has pulled, model what actually happens when the confirmation comes, and put real numbers on it. That's what this article is.

What Smart Money Are Doing

I used the Nansen API to pull TIBBIR's holder structure. Not a sample but the full top 1,000 wallets. Four separate datasets: all holders, smart money, whales, and exchange wallets.

86.7% of TIBBIR's entire supply sits in the top 1,000 wallets. Here's what those wallets are doing. Seven mega whales, each holding over $1.3 million, control 14.2% of supply. Their 30-day behavior: 86% holding, 14% buying, 0% selling. Not one seven-figure wallet has sold a single token in a month. In extreme fear. With BTC under $70K. During a war. They aren't moving. 175 large whales ($130K-$1.3M) control 44.7%. Two-thirds static.

818 mid holders ($13K-$130K) control 27.9%. Same pattern.

65% of every significant holder hasn't moved a token in 30 days. At 70% below all-time high, in the worst risk environment of the year, two out of three wallets are sitting on their hands. That's not apathy. That's a holder base that's been tested by time, by drawdown, and by macro fear. And hasn't lost conviction.

Now let's look at what's active.

Master Ventures holds 8.08 million TIBBIR. That's a $1.05 million position from a Nansen-labeled professional fund. Seven figures in a $130M token. That's not a spec trade. A brand new SafeProxy wallet built a +1.79 million token position ($700K+), entering the top 30 from nowhere. Fresh capital entering while the market bleeds. The #1 holder (36.66M tokens, $4.84M): zero change. The #2 holder (30M tokens, $3.96M): zero change. Multi-million dollar positions sitting dead still at -70% from ATH. On the sell side: one wallet trimmed ~1M, another reduced ~4M. Against 175 large wallets where 65% show zero change, the sellers are noise.

The picture is clear: the liquid float is thin, the conviction is deep, and the supply available to buy is a fraction of what people assume. At $130M MC with ~$4M daily volume, any real buying pressure hits a wall of not-for-sale tokens.

Modelling The Catalyst

On-chain data tells you who holds. It doesn't tell you what they do when the confirmation drops. Who takes profit on the first 2x, who panic sells on the first red candle, and who steps in to buy the dip that everyone else is running from. I ran that simulation through MiroFish. 85 agents modeling the full TIBBIR ecosystem (investors, community, media, VCs, etc) across 35 rounds of market activity, calibrated to the Nansen data. 577 interactions. The output boils down to one equation.

34% won't sell below $1. Thesis-driven holders who've traced the wallet and read the SEC filings. OGs who were in before any article existed. Institutional multisigs. Nansen confirms it: the largest, most static wallets all belong to these archetypes. They are the floor and they don't care about short-term price action. 34% will sell hard within the first week. Narrative traders who amplify the move on CT then take 40% off within 48 hours. Retail FOMO that arrives a day late, buys the big green candle, and panic sells on the first red one. They create the profit-taking waves — and they're the exit liquidity for everyone who got in early. 32% is the swing factor. Smart money, yield farmers, new entrants. If this group net buys in the first 48 hours, the move sticks. If they don't, it fades. The simulation tips the swing factor bullish for Scenario 2 and 3. For vague tweets with no substance? Coin flip. Now let's look at each of these 3 scenarios.

Three Scenarios And How Each One Plays Out

Here's where most research gives you a price target and calls it a day. That's not enough. You need to know what the move actually looks like. Who buys first, when the selling starts, where it dips, and whether it holds or fades. I modeled three scenarios.

Scenario 1: Soft Signal

Malka starts dropping cryptic tweets, frog emojis, references to agentic finance, engaging with @ribbita2012. No press release. No formal confirmation. But a pattern that CT can't ignore, especially if the broader market is turning bullish.

How it plays out: Each tweet spikes the price 20-50% before retracing. On its own, any single tweet fades within days. But if the pattern continues — a drip feed of signals over weeks — the market starts pricing in confirmation as increasingly likely. Combined with a bull market rotation into AI agent tokens, TIBBIR builds a slow grind higher as each hint adds to the narrative weight.

The year-1 bull case (+200%) requires two things: the hints keep coming, and the broader market cooperates. Without either, this scenario flatlines or retraces. It's the slowest path but still a 3x in the right conditions.

Scenario 2: Formal Confirmation

Ribbit Capital publishes a press release. Product demo or partnership detail included. CoinDesk, The Block cover it. This is the one the thesis-driven holders have been waiting for.

How it plays out: The first hour is almost pure buy pressure. Smart money loading, OGs amplifying, narrative traders arriving. Retail hasn't noticed yet. By hours 4-8, the token is up 100%+ and trending on exchanges. Smart money starts taking its first 25% off. Retail FOMO kicks in via trending notifications. They're buying the candle that informed money is beginning to sell into.

Hours 8-24 are the critical zone. Smart money half out. Narrative traders a third gone. Retail at peak entry. Some whales dump here. This is where the move either consolidates into a new range or rolls over.

Week two brings the correction. A 20-30% pullback as narrative traders exit in force. This is the moment that separates Scenario 2 from Scenario 1. In Scenario 1, the dip keeps dipping. In Scenario 2, thesis-driven buyers step in and set a floor at roughly 2x pre-announcement. The move holds because the confirmation is real, the media cycle sustains attention, and the 34% who won't sell below $1 absorb the selling pressure.

By month end, TIBBIR has consolidated at 2-3x. The narrative traders are gone. What's left is a higher-conviction holder base trading on fundamentals (what is Ribbit actually building?) rather than speculation about whether they're involved.

Scenario 3 — Full Reveal + Exchanges + Portfolio Integration

Everything at once. Confirmation, Binance listing, Robinhood or Coinbase integration announcement. Maximum catalyst stack.

How it plays out: Day one is chaos. Volume explodes to 10x+ baseline. Smart money, narrative traders, retail. Everyone is buying simultaneously because the catalyst is so unambiguous that even skeptics can't deny it. Price goes 3-5x in 24 hours. The Binance listing alone historically drives 50-100% pumps. Stacked with a $12B VC confirmation and a portfolio company integration, the buying pressure is multi-layered. Binance users who've never heard of TIBBIR, Robinhood/Coinbase users seeing it in-app, institutional allocators who now have a "safe" reason to buy an AI agent token because Ribbit Capital's name is on it. Week two correction still happens (30-40%) because narrative traders always take profit. But unlike Scenario 2, new structural demand from exchange listings and institutional attention replaces the sellers. The dip gets bought faster and harder. This is the scenario where TIBBIR enters the conversation as THE blue-chip AI agent token. Not a speculative bet, but a confirmed VC-backed infrastructure play.

The Bottom Line on All Three

From $0.13, including pre-announcement drift:

These returns compress as the starting price rises. If TIBBIR drifts to $0.25 before the announcement, the post-catalyst move shrinks 20-30%. At $0.13 in extreme fear, the full asymmetry is available. At $0.25, half of it is gone.

The takeaway: the best entry is before the catalyst. If you miss that, the second-best entry is the week-two dip when narrative traders are panicking and thesis-driven buyers are setting the floor. Everything in between is a game of musical chairs.

But... When?

65% probability: Q2-Q3 2026. The signals are stacking. TEMPO (Stripe and Paradigm's stablecoin L1, with Ribbit portfolio companies Nubank and Revolut on its testnet) just went live recently. Fund Y (Ribbit's $500M agentic finance fund) filed March 2025, deploying by mid-2026. ERC-8004 (agent identity) and Stripe x402 (agent payments) are both live on Base. The infrastructure TIBBIR plugs into exists now. Six months ago it didn't. And the macro window is opening. Trump paused strikes on Iran on March 23. Ceasefire talks are active. If that holds, crypto rotates from extreme fear to recovery. Exactly the environment where a major announcement gets maximum attention.

My Position

I'm putting half my portfolio into this. That's not a recommendation. It's a disclosure. The evidence chain is the strongest I've seen for any unconfirmed project in crypto. The holder base has survived a 70-80% drawdown and a war without breaking. The infrastructure that $TIBBIR plugs into (TEMPO, x402, ERC-8004, Crossmint) didn't exist six months ago and is live now. The macro window is opening with ceasefire talks for the first time in a month.

There are multiple wallets holding multiple millions that haven't moved in months. A professional fund with seven figures deployed. New whales building positions at the lows while the overall market looks dead. This isn't a trade. It's a longer-term bet on the highest-conviction asymmetry I can find in this market. The question was never whether Malka deployed it. The on-chain trail settled that.

The question is whether you're positioned before the world finds out he did.
