$TIBBIR and its stealth exit. What are we waiting on? Is @RibbitCapital waiting on the Clarity act? I and many others don’t think so. Someone as big as Ribbit doesn’t wait for politicians to sort things out. They dance to their own beat. Look at how Coinbase, Nubank, Revolut etc all scaled in gray zones or under restrictive frameworks before formal banking charters or clear legislation caught up. The precedent is clear—innovation happens first, and policy adapts later. Tibbir will not be any different. Even if legislation was a hold up, there is a good chance someone like Ribbit, when the time is right, could operate under administrative relief or request a confidentiality window of up to 120 days via SEC procedures (such as Rule 83 or Rule 200.81) while building behind the scenes. A stealth launch backed by strict NDAs can easily leverage those mechanisms. So what does that leave? The stack being launch ready. From @davidsenra’s interview with @mickymalka, Micky noted: “But what I will say is that what we should start seeing very soon is agents that are designed for specific functions that will take care of your financial life in ways that you have never been taking care of.” “Now AI is going to be the way to get you the banker in your pocket. So what I expect to see very, very soon is an AI agent that can go and do all kinds of investment decisions, recommendations. He can go do all kinds of commerce decisions and recommendations, and he can start to do any kind of payment decisions and recommendations on your behalf.” A Ribbit bet to keep an eye on is @arta_finance, as they have AI investment specialists "coming early 2026." That’s not to say Arta is Tibbir related, but when that tier of tech infrastructure is ready, it may be a strong sign that a stealth exit is close.
