In my view $TIBBIR unstealths (aka publicly announced by @RibbitCapital) via one of two pathways:
(1) Within framework of one of today's SEC's sandbox proposed rules.
Digital Collectible → Commodity → Security
or
2) Skip public "managerial efforts / investment contract" phase and upon the Ribbit AAC (Autonomous Agentic Company) being made independently self sustaining and perpetual.
Digital Collectible → Commodity
These two paths facilitate a US legal compliant transition from what is now widely perceived (by most who haven't studied the clues) as a "memecoin" to a coin that functions within a network.
Ribbit has people who are actively engaging with relevant departments in the US Government like here Sigal Mandelker and @rickcsong submitting a letter to the Treasury:
"Our ask is straightforward: we propose that Treasury, under its existing authorities, issue a no-action letter establishing a six-month regulatory sandbox pilot that enables financial institutions, digital-asset firms, and identity service providers to test reusable, privacy-preserving digital identity credentials in live environments"
https://www.regulations.gov/comment/TREAS-DO-2025-0070-0204
Essentially what the SEC released today were two sandbox environments analagous to what was requested of the Treasury 10 months ago by Ribbit.
This is not your normal coin.
