If Amber is buying $tibbir on behalf of @ribbita2012 it is about a smart a move as you'd expect. Buying now at 25c, with no pre-mine and no allocation, and only AFTER a real community was born keeps it perfectly in line with the SEC guidance from March. That guidance allows for a decentralized coin to launch as a meme, with only cultural value, and later have functionality added. Everybody thanks @Altcoinist for making them money on the tibbir pump. Few realize that the community building was the essential component for the next phase of tibbir to play out.
