This means that someone permanently stamped that 64-character hash into the Base blockchain as a record, rather than sending a readable sentence like "Hello World." In blockchain systems, this is a common practice used for Proof of Existence or Verification.
Instead of putting a large file or private message directly on the blockchain (which is expensive and public), people do this:
They take a private file or message (like a contract, a legal document, a chat log, or a password).
They run it through a hash calculator to get a unique digital fingerprint: adae38...b33c.
They send that fingerprint in a transaction to the blockchain.
Why do this?
Because the blockchain is an immutable ledger, that transaction acts as a notarized, timestamped receipt.
If someone later needs to prove that a specific document existed exactly as it was on Sep-29-2026, they can run that document through a hash calculator.
If the hashes match, it proves the document has not been altered or tampered with since that exact minute.
