Although @Altcoinist, @tibbirsentinel and others expressing similar notions over the past week have been among the most loyal and outspoken supporters of Tibbir since inception, this "burn the bridge" talk needs some serious pushback. Haven't seen anyone else doing it publicly, only in private, so here I go... I am STRONGLY AGAINST burning the $TIBBIR bridge from Base to Robinhood. There are many others in the community who share this dissenting and perhaps unpopular opinion. We may've not been as vocal in the past days, but it's time to speak out. Never thought I'd say this as a supporter of the project for the past ~18 months, but with all the strongly worded bridge burning talk going around I'm feeling implored to write an article detailing why, if it were to happen quickly (or even at all) this would not only burn a bridge between EVM chains, but also erode a bridge of goodwill and trust between the team behind Tibbir and the community. More soon. cc @ribbita2012 // @RibbitCapital // @mickymalka
