There’s a lot of FUD around $TIBBIR right now.
And I get some of it.
The bridge had weeks of buildup, people expected a much bigger reveal around Robinhood, and what we got initially was “TIBBIR is now on Robinhood Chain.” Add the tax/bridging discussion on top and the vibe naturally turned bearish.
But I think people are rushing to conclusions.
Bridging to Robinhood Chain was always more likely to be a first step, not the endgame.
The thing I keep coming back to is @ribbita2012 itself.
Before all this, the account was constantly posting.
The bridge goes live, they announce it and then silence.
If the bridge was genuinely the entire reveal, I would’ve expected Ribbita to simply go back to normal posting.
It hasn’t.
Maybe they’re waiting for enough supply to migrate.
Maybe something else comes after the bridge.
Maybe there’s another reason entirely.
We don’t know.
But nothing that has happened so far has invalidated the bigger $TIBBIR thesis either.
The Ribbit breadcrumbs still exist.
The RWA direction is now clearer than before.
The Robinhood Chain move happened.
And there are still parts of the new setup we don’t fully understand.
So I’m not going to decide the entire story based on a few bad days of sentiment.
We waited when nobody knew what the bridge meant.
I can wait a little longer to find out what’s on the other side.
Sometimes the hardest part of being early is surviving the period where you still don’t have all the answers.
