A frog, a backwards name and a big idea about money.

What if your money had a helper?
Think about the last time you booked a trip or sorted out a bill. One app for your money. Another for the dates. Another to compare prices. Then you typed the same details into yet another form. Every app does its own little job. You still do all the joining-up.
Now imagine telling a helper on your phone what you need, in your own words. It finds the options, shows you the full price and asks before it spends anything. Then it finishes the job and checks the result. A helper like that is called an agent: AI software that can get things done for you, not just answer questions.
Three names to remember.
Ribbit Capital is an investment firm that backs financial companies. Micky Malka founded it. Ribbita is a project and online character that launched in January 2025. TIBBIR is Ribbita’s crypto token: a digital asset people can own, buy, sell and send. Now read TIBBIR backwards. That is where the rabbit hole begins.
Ribbit also publishes letters about where finance is heading. Its Identity Letter even draws an assistant called Ribbita AI planning a family trip to Frog Island. A drawing is not a product. But it shows the idea clearly: a helper that knows what you chose to share and asks before it acts.
Why people are paying attention.
The name was only the first clue. A wallet linked to Malka’s public online account sent the first money to the wallet that launched TIBBIR. Later, money from the launch wallet bought a famous digital character, a shop sold merchandise and the token moved to a new network. Each step left public records that anyone can check.
This is the short version: twelve chapters of a minute or two each. You do not need to know anything about crypto, tech or finance. Want more at any point? Open Reading settings and slide to Curious Frog for the full story, or further for every receipt.
