Fresh Sourcify captures report exact creation and runtime matches for the RH token and hook. All nine token and 27 hook metadata source hashes match their returned contents. The retained TibbirHook, RateControl and Tibbir files are byte-for-byte equal to those captures. The retained Base Earn vault bundle reports a runtime match and no creation match. All 13 metadata-listed sources match their content hashes; its 27 returned paths include 14 additional paths outside the metadata. The earlier IGate.sol mismatch came from a local Keccak padding error, corrected by two independent implementations. Splits documents no on-chain per-signer target/function limits today: a signer satisfying its threshold can authorize any action, including signer-set changes. Its API scopes do not constrain on-chain signer authority. The reviewed SmartVault also exposes a direct owner execution path.This utility pass checks source packages; the separate contract-behavior packet independently reproduces the token and hook runtimes among five contracts.
